Senior packaging account manager
Join our team as a dsenior account manager specialized in packaging. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing client portfolio while prospecting new clients for our business. Your role will be to promote new products and maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, meetings and recommendations.
- Support customers in analyzing their needs and the purchasing decision-making process.
- Advise customers in the development of new products.
- Prepare quotes, write offers, follow up with prospects, negotiate and close sales.
- Manage account opening and order confirmation.
- Actively participate in project monitoring (models, deadlines, approvals, deliveries).
- Manage potential changes (surplus, unforeseen events, corrections).
- Ensure after-sales follow-up, guarantee customer satisfaction and manage any complaints.
- Update the CRM system.
Requirements:
- DEP diploma, DEC in sales and/or training in the graphic chain.
- Experience in sales and/or printing.
- Training in printing and/or sales desired.
- Knowledge of the graphics chain and commercial printing.
- Mastery of the Microsoft suite.
- Knowledge of the packaging sector (asset).
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to persuade and seize business opportunities.
- Self-confidence and stress management.
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral).
