• Providing quality service and efficiently responding to inquiries (phone, email, messaging).
• Negotiating price agreements and obtaining approval from the president.
• Completing the necessary rental documents.
• Developing new sales and communication strategies to reach prospects, contribute to business development, and enhance our visibility.
• Monitoring the renewal of agreements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to current tenants.
• Collaborating with various departments within the company.
