Internal Sales Representative | American Market Quebec | In-person position | Fluent English required Do you know how to start a conversation, stay on track after a rejection, and move a sale forward? We want to talk to you. You have experience with cold calling and understand the reality of cold calls: reaching the right person takes perseverance, follow-ups matter, and every conversation is an opportunity to improve your approach. I am recruiting for an SME that develops patented products aimed at improving safety in the transportation industry. To support its development in the American market, it wants to expand its internal sales team in Quebec. Your mandate: open doors and close your sales You will take charge of the sales cycle, from the first contact to closing. Cold calling will play a central role in your daily routine, with regular follow-ups to turn your conversations into business opportunities. Specifically, you will: Contact targeted prospects, mainly in the United States. Ask the right questions to understand their needs. Present the products and their value clearly and concretely. Address objections and identify what hinders decision-making. Follow up with potential clients and advance your files to the sale. Keep your CRM updated and track your activities diligently. Collaborate with your sales director to adjust your approach and improve your results. What will make the difference You already have experience in cold calling. Your background can vary: what matters is your ease in picking up the phone, engaging in conversation, and pursuing your efforts after a rejection. We are looking for someone who: Communicates easily in English and can conduct a sales conversation with American clients. Enjoys prospecting, convincing, and closing. Maintains a regular work pace and organized follow-ups. Shows perseverance when results take time. Welcomes feedback and wants to develop their skills. Is comfortable in an SME where the pace is fast and expectations are high. French is an asset. An English-speaking application can also be considered. Support for progress You will work directly with a sales director involved in coaching the team. You will be able to discuss your calls, objections, and files with him to find concrete ways to advance your sales. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys daily commercial action, clear objectives, and teamwork in the office. What we offer A compensation package including a base salary and commissions. A weekday schedule, with no evening or weekend shifts. The possibility to adjust working hours according to the markets served, particularly the western United States. An in-person position in Quebec. Sales tools and a CRM to support your efforts. Direct support to develop your approach and performance. Do you want to leverage your prospecting experience and contribute to the development of a concrete product? Send me your resume at . I would like to know about your background and what you are looking for next. All applications will be treated confidentially. Only candidates selected will be contacted. Your next job comes with an AI certification — offered. Every talent placed by NexWav is enrolled in the NexWav Certification – AI Accelerator, the same training that companies pay $2,200 per participant. For you: $0. What exactly is it: a virtual cohort of 4 hours, a 15-question assessment with a passing threshold of 80%, and a deliverable applied to your own position. It is not a certificate of attendance — someone who fails is not certified. What you leave with: a named certificate, a LinkedIn badge, and tools applicable from your first weeks on the job. According to our surveys conducted with 60 participants in 6 cohorts, participants estimate gaining 4 hours of productivity per week. Cohorts are monthly. You are registered as soon as you sign your contract.
