Job Description 

You will participate in the development of existing and new customers, while being a partner of confidence in identifying their needs. In communication with the sales team and professionals from other services, you're main responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain long term relationships with a group of specific customers;
  • Respond to customer requests and produce proposals;
  • Identify business opportunities and achieve sales objectives;
  • Anticipate customer needs and highlight our products and services solutions;
  • Negotiate requests for changes;
  • Oversee customer satisfaction throughout projects.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automated production or equivalent experience
  • More than five (5) years' experience in design and/or Programming of automated equipment
  • Minimum of two (2) years' of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability for presentations, to succeed in negotiations and to build relations
  • Excellent French language skills (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English
  • Availability and status required for regional and international travel
