NV-09As a business advisor, you help serve and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell business products and services based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices.You develop and maintain business relationships with important clients. You drive results by advising clients on how to implement and use products and services. You balance sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction.You work with clients with complex and diverse needs who have significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member/client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Your complex work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business.You advise and assist current and potential members and clients. You help negotiate agreements with practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

More specifically, you will assist account managers and businesses in integrating banking products and services. You will be in charge of coordinating a detailed integration plan with the company, the account manager and internal and external partners. You will ensure that deadlines are met and will find solutions to complex problems by assuming your advisory role to the fullest. You will also be responsible for coordinating requests for proposals and contributing to the management of client portfolios, for the major account, large business and public company sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Experience with business clients

Specific knowledge

  • General knowledge of the regulatory requirements applicable to businesses
  • Familiarity with banking products, services and solutions, as well as payment solutions
