The service agent is the person designated at 311 - Call Center and Multiservice Counter to respond to requests information, complaints and comments from city citizens of Laval.
You will perform various jobs with reception, analysis , the treatment, transmission and monitoring of requests for information and interventions received at the Citizen Relations Division of the Communications and Marketing Department.

The desired profile :
