The Challenge: Customer Experience Specialist

SherWeb is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our ever-growing team. The success of our customers is key to achieving our mission and that is why we are looking for dedicated people who « make a difference » in the lives of our customers really matter. This is a crucial role where collaboration with colleagues from different teams is essential, in order to always offer our valued customers a high quality global experience. As a member of the Customer Experience and Sales Operations team, you will be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and requests from our direct clients as well as our partners.

Your mandate:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of SherWeb solutions based on the customer’s needs and goals and the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Support our customers in learning the tools available to support and facilitate their experience with us. All this by providing new and existing customers with turnkey support and comprehensive training on the SherWeb platform.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for SherWeb to continually improve our product and service offering.
  • Provide pre and post sales support of exceptional quality.
  • Play an important role in the loyalty of our customers / partners by offering the most efficient, effective and professional solutions as needed.
  • Be driven by a strong sense of urgency to understand and solve the problems of our customers during the first contact!
  • Boost customer engagement and enjoyment with meaningful and memorable conversations.
