The Challenge: Customer Experience Specialist
SherWeb is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our ever-growing team. The success of our customers is key to achieving our mission and that is why we are looking for dedicated people who « make a difference » in the lives of our customers really matter. This is a crucial role where collaboration with colleagues from different teams is essential, in order to always offer our valued customers a high quality global experience. As a member of the Customer Experience and Sales Operations team, you will be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and requests from our direct clients as well as our partners.

- Be driven by a strong sense of urgency to understand and solve the problems of our customers during the first contact!
