Internal Sales Representative - Customer Service

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Customer Sales Representative is responsible within the team for supporting Account Managers and coordinating orders and responding to customer inquiries. / p>

Responsibilities:

  • Track customer requests
  • Act as a support for account managers
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders related to different accounts receivable to maximize business opportunities
  • Perform customer orders
  • Track pending orders (ensure that drawings, quotations / quotations related to client projects are obtained and approved)
  • Work with the purchasing department to assess supply time
  • Produce quotes / quotes
  • Comply with specifications and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a field related to sales and customer service functions (electronics / electrical industry)
  • Diploma of Collegial Studies or AEC in a technical field (electronic or electrical) (an important asset)
  • Perfectly bilingual both in spoken and written form (English - French)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially advanced Excel
  • ACT software knowledge (an asset)
