Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and maximize the growth of current customers by communicating primarily by phone and email
  • Develop links with potential customers until qualified and transferred to the account management team
  • Be sure to provide a world-class experience to our customers to give them an excellent impression
  • Identify customer needs to identify upmarket and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage different means of communication used by potential customers, including incoming calls, emails and chat
  • Manage the list of existing customers on Salesforce and ensure that all customer communications are logged and identified
  • Collaborate with the team manager to develop new strategies to increase the sales pyramid and ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas are always met
  • Perform other duties and other responsibilities defined by management

Requirements:

  • One to two years retail experience
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Love working in a dynamic, quota-driven environment
  • Wish to work in technology sales and have strong technical expertise
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent customer service and professional telephone skills, including excellent listening, speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time efficiently
