CL-06As Manager, Sales Compensation, you will be responsible for all activities having anything to do with the compensation of financial centres, firms and both active and inactive contractual representatives. This will apply to both new and current business, and to all independent distribution networks across Canada. As the head of a group of two sections with a total of approximately 60 employees, you will be responsible for managing the contractual relationships, representatives’ licences and calculation and payment of all brokerage distribution networks in Canada. Among other duties, you will authorize all loans to representatives and monitor all reimbursements. By fostering engagement among your teams, you will create a climate in which people are deeply committed to fully supporting the organization in its quest to meet its objectives as well as maintaining and strengthening the high quality and compliance standards expected by our distribution network partners.Being client- and action-oriented, you will develop solid relationships with our distribution network partners and provide them with client-oriented solutions while seizing on new opportunities and complex challenges with energy, enthusiasm and eagerness.Your aptitude for developing talent, focusing on results and creating networks will enable you to efficiently manage people and performance, and ensure our distribution network partners’ satisfaction. You will apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization and diversity, consistent with the organization’s values.Your innovative and proactive nature will serve to improve processing times and increase the satisfaction of our members, clients and partners. You will participate in the planning, development and execution of initiatives involving your administrative department.

  • Bachelor’s degre in administration or in a relevant field
  • Nine years of relevant experience, including three in management
  • Experience in individual insurance and sales workforce compensation (an important asset)
