NV-05As a personal finance advisor, you’re responsible for developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients, to ensure they’re satisfied.Your role is to listen to members’ and clients’ needs, offer them advice that fits their financial situation and help them choose appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals. You work closely with a client base consisting of young people and individual members. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You drive results by recommending investments, loans and insurance products. You serve as a financing expert advisor and resource person for the caisse. You use your expertise to balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and sound and prudent risk management. You work with various partners and experts to design integrated strategies that meet the needs of members and clients.
Caisse Desjardins de Rouville is located in the Richelieu-Yamaska executive division, 35 km from Montreal. It serves over 31,000 members. Its assets stand at $1.7 billion, including $953 million in personal loans and $509 million in business loans. With on- and off-balance sheet savings totalling nearly $1.6 billion, the caisse serves a thriving suburban market with business development potential. The caisse has nearly 90 employees working in four non-unionized service centres in Richelieu, Marieville, Rougemont and Saint-Césaire. The caisse works in partnership with a business centre, Signature Service centre and administrative centre. While consistently demonstrating a deep awareness of customer satisfaction, the incumbent will be the key person for managing activities related to buildings, procurement, as well as IT and telephone systems. The incumbent shall demonstrate good analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations.
Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
