NV-06As personal finance advisor for youth members, you help develop, solicit and maintain business relationships with youth members. You provide customer service and help sell products and services through various distribution channels to meet the needs of youth members.You support the development and maintenance of business relationships with youth members. You analyze and handle information requests for specialized products and services and help promote and sell them in response to client needs and in accordance with your organization’s strategies and business objectives, while leveraging your ability to achieve results.You recommend investment, financing and insurance products, while leveraging your ability to achieve results. You use your expertise to balance youth member satisfaction, business objectives, sound and prudent risk management, and profitability.You collaborate with various partners and experts to propose integrated strategies that respond to the needs of youth members.You ensure youth member satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Take charge of client needs, gather and analyze information and process requests while performing the required follow-ups.
Take charge of and follow-up with youth members who have shown interest via registration, forms or discussions during recruitment events.
Decrease the member portfolio to promote business development activities and recruitment of youth members.
Assist youth members, be attentive to their needs and recommend solutions that meet their expectations
Take part in the caisse’s representation activities, business development activities, booths and information sessions and act as a youth representative.
Play an active role in business development with youth members, closely collaborating with the business development advisor – students.
Help identify operational risks and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in line with your organization’s activities
Assess financing applications (except mortgages) and grant credit within authorized discretionary limits.
Meet the convenience needs of members who come to the caisse.
Advise youth members on the most efficient use of automated services.
Stay informed of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
Other working conditions
Work schedule: 35 hours per week. The employee must be available to work flexible hours depending on customer demand (day, evening).
Place of work: will be determined according to the place of residence of the successful candidate, between the following major centers: Montreal (West, East and center), Rive-Nord (Boisbriand) or Rive-Sud (Boucherville).
Travel: The position requires travel based on business development events (must hold a valid driver's license).

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC technique) dans une discipline appropriée
