NV-10As practice leader, you support your unit’s manager by providing subject matter expertise to practitioners. You coordinate and mentor a group of experienced professionals and assist with management activities. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area.You lead and serve as integrator on innovative, large-scale initiatives. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. A strategic mindset, organizational savvy and sound decision-making skills are therefore essential. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields.You lead and serve as subject matter specialist to teams and decision-making bodies.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop your practice area and serve as its leading expert

  • Produce and organize complex work and deliverables

  • Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to analysis, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management

  • Help professionals in your unit develop their skills

  • Help plan and manage your unit’s priorities and assign employees to projects and initiatives. Assign initiatives and requests and make sure they are completed

  • Ensure that practices, processes, methodologies and tools are used properly and efficiently to achieve your unit’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
