The Sales Coordinator ensures the effective management of service contracts, and supports technical representatives in their administrative tasks.
Under the responsibility of the director, he (she) has the main functions:
Provide administrative support to the sales-service team Develop a technical understanding of our products and services Write, complete and prepare various sales documents: maintenance contracts, tenders, calls offer, renewal, etc. Perform data entry and update of contract data (frequency, type of equipment, responsible employee, etc.), clients, sales, etc. Knowledge of the construction industry – HVAC (asset) Knowledge of the Maestro operating system (asset)
