Job Level

NV-10As Senior Education Advisor, Group Retirement Savings, you will help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will carry out support activities related to the sale of products and services through various distribution channels that meet the needs of members and clients in accordance with current practices and strategies. You will help develop and maintain business relationships with clients. You will analyze and handle complex requests from clients, or promote and sell products and services that meet their needs, based on your unit’s business objectives and strategies, while drawing on your aptitude for achieving results. You will ensure consistency between sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and client and member satisfaction.You will be involved with clients with diverse needs who represent significant development potential in your sector. You will analyze the needs of members and clients, developing and implementing tailored solutions. As such, you will need highly developed interpersonal skills. The nature of the files and your involvement will require thorough knowledge of your field.

More specifically, you will be responsible for providing information to group retirement savings plan members at group and individual meetings.

  • Frequent travel for work purposes; a valid driver’s permit and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of a relevant experience

  • Be a licensed mutual fund representative
  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
