WSP is currently looking to fill the position of Service Offer Coordinator for our Building Department located in our Montreal office.
The coordinator will be responsible for supporting the team on projects of all sizes with the following responsibilities:
After obtaining tender documents, proceed to the analysis of the technical criteria of the calls for tenders and compile the requirements to be respected (visit meeting, experience in charge of project, experience at the level of the firm, etc.) and present it to the director or project manager for approval. Plan the assembly of the container and the content of the service offer with the project manager (cards, organization chart, understanding / methodology, CV reduced to prepare, production schedule, etc.) Produce the documents required for the input of texts from the project manager and perform the correction (grammar, spelling and especially substantive review) of required documents ; Search for project files relevant to the current service offer or coordinate the creation of new sheets; Read addendas, report to the project manager and correct. Make a proposal if necessary. Make a complete proofreading of the contents of the service offer, check that all the criteria have been fulfilled and that the texts are read correctly. Have a critical eye on the content of the service offer; Do the post-mortem of the service offer; Archive the documents of the service offer; Elaborate all other type of client presentation or advertising material that may be used in building business development; Perform any other related duties deemed relevant to the positionService Offer Coordinator. Other Assigned / Required Tasks. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in communication / journalism / professional writing or any other training considered equivalent; 3 years and more of relevant experience in support of service offers; Knowledge of service offerings in the field of engineering consulting. Considered an asset of knowledge in the field of building; Excellent command of written French and English; Mastery of the main utilities in office automation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and In Design); /> Sense of initiative and innovation; High sense of resourcefulness to find technical information; Be recognized for its organizational qualities, good management of priorities; Have the attention to detail, thoroughness and thoroughness; Ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary environment; Ability and ability to work in an environment with tight deadlines; Excellent communication to both only in writing.
