Job Level

NV-11As a team leader, your role is to support and manage a team dedicated to developing and promoting the offer execution plan (OEP) across all of Desjardins Group's distribution channels. You coordinate planned activities, action plans or projects to support the various networks in reaching their business targets through the OEP. You provide support and coaching for a team consisting mainly of seasoned professionals, assign them mandates and activities, and carry out regular follow ups on the progress of work and projects. You work closely with the manager of the directions, client segment strategy and pillar section in the analysis and implementation planning. You promote talent development and engagement by creating a positive and motivating work environment in which you recognize the participation and contribution of every team member in achieving the organization's objectives. The nature of the files requires in depth and extensive expertise in your field. You assume authority over the work team and manage the individual performance of resources. You make recommendations on the development and execution of initiatives and projects with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. These require analysis and an overall, in depth understanding of the business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You must interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a variety of fields of expertise. You develop business positioning and take on a leadership and influencer role when interacting with senior management and decision-making bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a strategic, influential role
  • Experience managing or coordinating a team (an asset)

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

  • Basic knowledge of the OEP and its process
