Requirements :

*A strong belief in the values and commitment to upholding
that reputation in every task

*Attention to Detail and Organization in a Fast Paced Environment with
Multiple Deadlines is essential for success

*Minimum 5 years of experience in an Outside Sales or Business
Development environment focused on a high level of after sales
customer service

*A Cold Calling Expert with the ability to quickly earn trust and
build relationships

*Comfortable with In Home Sales for Supply and Installation Projects

*Comfortable meeting with, and presenting to, Condo Boards, Engineers,
Company Owners and Executives, Suppliers and Industry Partners

*Ability to find, nurture, and sign large deals, ensuring all
stakeholders are kept in consistent communication

*Ability and commitment to follow a proven system for building trust
and earning the sale

*Ability to think outside the box and find solutions to unique client
challenges

*Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

*Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment

*Experience in the Construction Industry is an asset but the right
candidate will be trained

*Must have good math and measuring skills calculate area and determine
quantities needed for ordering via scaled drawings, as well as convert
Metric to Imperial and vice versa

*Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record

*Must be Bondable (No Criminal Record)

*The ability to work as an independent entrepreneur on a generous
commission structure

 

Main Duties Include, but may not be limited to:

*Determine new prospects, cold call, network, and otherwise generate
new business, always tracking the lead source and all touch points and
scheduled follow ups

*Meet with Contractors, Builders and Homeowners and conduct a Needs
Assessment to find the best outcome for each client

*Converting Leads into Customers by gaining Trust and Confidence and
showing the value provided is worth more than their investment.

*Prepare Professionally Presented Emails, Quotes, Contracts, and Work
Orders on supplier quote software and Excel quote templates

*Learn and understand different product options for windows, doors,
siding and roofing, including shadowing existing Project Consultants
on in home consultations and visiting supplier showrooms for ongoing
Product Knowledge Sessions

*Learn and understand different installation options for the above
products, including shadowing Installation Technicians to see the
installations performed first hand

*Attend Trade Shows to Promote Products

*Assist with marketing tasks as required
