Position Summary:

By working closely with our design and production team the Business Development/Account Manager is responsible for sourcing new leads and working with new and existing clientele either face-to-face or over the phone to generate sales, to provide customer service and meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and results.

What We’re Looking For:

MUST HAVE: Experience in the corrugated box and protective packaging new business development with a proven track record of hunting, acquiring new business, and exceeding sales targets.
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with a fearless approach to new opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Resilient mindset – able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
