Your role:

Drive strategic decision-making and business growth by leveraging predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover actionable consumer insights. The Consumer Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in understanding Canadian consumer behavior, identifying market trends to optimizing marketing strategies.

We need you for:

  • Analyze consumer data to uncover valuable insights and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement predictive models for customer segmentation, lifetime value, and churn prediction.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams.
  • Forecast consumer trends and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Recommend actions to optimize marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and track performance.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, economy or engineering, computer science and at least 7 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
  • You understand customers and their needs to create new opportunities for differentiation.
  • You are proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling, including Machine Learning algorithms and techniques
  • You enjoy building clear, synthetic stories from data and providing advice on key decisions (data visualization and presentation). Experient with analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • You know how to work within a multidisciplinary team, understanding your environment while creating and maintaining your network.
  • You are occasionally available to visit our colleagues in Europe and USA.
