At Magalex, we build custom luxury residences in the Laurentians and North Shore of Montreal. We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to developing our client base and increasing our company's visibility.
Your Role
You will be at the heart of the company's business development. Your mission will be to create strategic relationships, actively develop new opportunities, and facilitate initial interactions with high-end clients. Your responsibilities will include: Actively developing new business relationships and identifying strategic opportunities; Building trusting relationships with prospects; Qualifying client projects and needs; Developing and maintaining a strategic network of contacts; Actively contributing to the Magalex brand's visibility. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in business development, sales, or client relations; Excellent ability to build lasting business relationships; Professionalism, autonomy, and sound judgment; Interest in construction, architecture, or high-end real estate; and a strong network. contacts in the Laurentians and the North Shore (a major asset).
