Independent Sales Representative (Remote Work)

We are looking for an Independent Sales Representative to join our team! You will help solve clients' recruitment challenges and propose solutions to increase the company’s production.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Prospect and contact potential clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the set deadlines.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of the latest developments.
  • Create sales materials to present to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales (phone & email), customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote position – work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours – work whenever you want, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • High earning potential:
    • Earn between $25,000 and $50,000 in commissions in the first year.
    • Over $60,000 in commissions in the second year.
    • More than $75,000 per year in subsequent years.
  • Possibility of a base salary plus bonuses, based on performance.
