We’re recruiting a Regional Sales Manager – Broker Partnerships for a well-established financial services company in the GTA.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive New Business: Identify, target, and secure new broker partnerships across Ontario.
Own the Relationship: Become a trusted partner to your brokers, driving retention and long-term growth.
Be Visible in the Market: Attend events, network, and stay in front of key decision-makers.
Close & Deliver: Manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing success.
What They’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years in sales or business development
✔️ Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong asset
✔️ Comfortable in an external, field-based role
✔️ A natural relationship builder who can open doors and keep them open
✔️ Self-driven and motivated by results
✔️ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario
