What we offer
Conditions
- Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
- Daytime hours, with 1 to 2 evenings/week and 1 to 2 weekends on a rotating basis

Compensation

Your Impact
As a medical secretary, you are at the heart of the patient experience.
You are often the first point of contact and the one who is remembered.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness
- Manage calls and appointments
- Advise patients on our services and contribute to their care
- Handle billing and administrative follow-ups
- Manage documentation (results, files)
- Coordinate specialist appointments
- Support the clinic's daily operations
