Independent Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Independent Sales Representative to join our team! Your primary role will be to help our clients solve their recruitment challenges while providing strategic solutions to increase our company’s revenue.

Your responsibilities:

  • Present and sell our products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Actively prospect and establish contacts with potential clients.
  • Achieve set sales targets within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage customer inquiries, address concerns and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Arrange follow-up appointments to inform clients of the latest updates and offers.
  • Develop compelling sales materials to facilitate presentations and negotiations.

Your profile:

  • Experience: A prior experience in sales (phone or email), customer service, or related field.
  • CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms for effective lead and customer management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Negotiation: Persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Discipline: Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

What we offer:

  • Remote Work: Work 100% from home with complete flexibility.
  • Flexible Hours: Organize your schedule as you wish, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Compensation:
    • Earn between $20,000 and $40,000 in commissions in your first year.
    • Reach over $50,000 in commissions by your second year, with the potential to earn over $60,000 per year thereafter.
