Be the friendly, human voice behind our chats, emails, and support tickets
Turn customer questions into “wow, that was easy” moments
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers step-by-step
Keep track of conversations in our support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or whatever you use)
Spot trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team
Collaborate with product, marketing, and ops to level up the customer experience
Protect the vibes while keeping response times fast and accurate
Strong communication skills (yes, including proper grammar)
A calm, solution-focused mindset—even when things get hectic
Comfort with tech tools, browsers, apps, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to multitask without losing the plot
Positive energy, empathy, and a naturally helpful vibe
Bonus: Experience in customer support or community management
Familiarity with support platforms
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or service-based businesses
