Project Success manager

Artemis Recrutement is excited to assist a fast-growing SMB company specialized in IT business consulting and software implementation. We are looking for a Project success manager that will report directly to the VP operation. We are looking for the jack of all trades; If you have the personality of a sales person, meaning that you are strong at building relationships with clients and some experience as a project manager, you might be the perfect fit for this exciting role.

Location : Downtown Montreal

Salary range: 125k-135k+ bonus

Main functions:

In this role you will be responsible for communicating with clients and cross-functional teams to scale up the structure for major projects. You will be accountable for organizing the plan and to ensure the project managers are on track with what the clients are looking for
You will work with clients throughout project life cycles to plan resourcing that informs roadmaps, budget, timelines, and recommendations, providing a positive and consultative experience to customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to define the concept and create a process to bring it to fruition
Provide guidance to the team and set up expectations with clients in order to set them up for success
Organize and define the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks according to the client objectives and needs
Responsible for budget management and cost efficiency; Anticipate delays that may occur on the client side and work with them to respect timelines and budgets
Responsible for building close relationships with clients and internal team and keep open lines of communication for updates and feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor, MBA preferred, or other Equivalent Educational Experiences
2-10 years managing IT projects combine to clients support/clients facing experience
Like working with fast-paced teams in a fast-growing environment
