Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the expansion of the company.

Your mission:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers (70% of the time).
  • Acquire new customers and identify growth opportunities (upselling).
  • Develop effective sales strategies and promote products/services.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Prospect and generate business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Present and promote services and products with impact.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conclude agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth areas.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and ability to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong sense of customer service and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software CRM.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (car allowance provided).
  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset – French and English speaking clientele.
