We are looking to hire a dynamic, responsible, and efficient Brand Manager and Banner Coordinator! Start date: as soon as possible This position is open to all genders. After 3 months of employment: • Group insurance partially paid by the employer • Telemedicine fully paid by the employer • Voluntary contribution to the group RRSP with employer matching after 1 year Your challenge: Reporting to the Director of Sales & Development and the Sales Supervisor, and working closely with a sales team of approximately 15 people, within a larger environment of over 100 colleagues; Your responsibilities will include: Brand Management • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for new brands in Horizon Nature's portfolio; • Ensure brand consistency in the Quebec market; • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide decision-making; Coordination with Retail Chains (Sobeys, Metro, etc.) • Manage daily relationships with buyers and category managers at major chains; • Coordinate promotions, flyers, and in-store activities; • Monitor commercial agreements and marketing conditions; • Ensure product availability and visibility at points of sale; Business Development • Identify growth opportunities and new distribution channels; • Participate in commercial negotiations with retail chains; • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize product performance; Internal Management • Work closely with logistics, production, and customer service; • Prepare performance reports (sales, market share, ROI of promotions). Education and Skills • Degree in sales (administration, marketing), naturopathy, or nutrition; • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in sales and customer service; • Experience in the B2B food industry in a similar role; a definite asset; • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; • Proficiency with computer tools and numbers.
