Our client is a well-established Canadian company with offices on the North Shore of Montreal .

As part of their growth, they are looking for a Tender specialist  

The challenge?

Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this position involves :

•  Proactively preparing responses to Requests for Proposals/Information in collaboration with the various departments.
•  Assisting engineers in the creation of presentations for strategic customers
• Working closely with the Business Development Manager on the documentation
• follow-up analysis required for major proposals/tenders.
• This position may, on occasion, require working on special projects assigned by the Business Development Director to ensure other objectives are met.
   

Are you up to the challenge?

You have..:  

• Degree in business administration, project management or related field.
• 5 years' experience in responding to requests for proposals/calls for tenders
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate initiative in problem management
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent communication skills in both official languages (international tendering context)
•  Spanish would be an asset
