🎯 Your daily missions:

✔ Analyze customer needs and propose tailor-made solutions, perfectly adapted to their expectations;
✔ Collect the information necessary for subscription and negotiate the conditions with the insurers;
✔ Present targeted offers to clients that meet their specific needs;
✔ Develop and maintain strong, lasting business relationships based on trust;

✔ Actively participate in industry networking activities and proudly represent RCCAQ Insurance at various events, including our annual conference and golf tournament, which are unmissable and highly anticipated events for everyone;
✔ Monitor renewals and ensure premium collection;
✔ Offer sound advice on ethics and regulations, thereby ensuring compliance and quality of services.

🏆 What you need to excel:

🎓 Training: DEC in property and casualty insurance or equivalent

📜 Certification:

• Property and casualty insurance broker's license (businesses) issued by the AMFor certification from the Insurance Institute (PAA, FPAA) with a commitment to obtain a business insurance broker's license.
  📅 Experience: Minimum 5 years in business insurance

• 👋 Underwriters are also welcome!

💼 Specific skills:

📖 Good knowledge of property and casualty insurance professional liability, directors and officers and cyber risk insurance (an asset);

🏛️Good knowledge of the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services, regulations and ethics (an asset);
🗣 Bilingualism: French and English required;
💻 Tools: MS Office Suite, Applied System (TAM) (an asset);
🌟 Qualities sought:Exceptional customer service, negotiation and persuasion skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
